The TRE® Association UK was founded in 2022 with the goal to support the development of Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) in the UK. Our volunteer team have been working hard in the background to welcome you in as Professional Members this year. This new website, TRE events and much more will be here to support you and your work.

The TRE Association UK is a not-for-profit, voluntary association to promote quality, innovation and responsibility in the teaching of TRE in the UK. We are aligned with our worldwide regulatory body, TRE for All, Inc.  We celebrate diversity and inclusivity in developing a sense of community and best practice. We are committed to the highest standards of ethical practice in trauma care.

We will support Certified TRE Providers and Trainees, Mentors/ Supervisors, and Certified TRE Trainers in providing common standards in the provision of TRE in the UK. We are a volunteer managed professional association with a mission to grow together as a UK TRE community for the benefit of both our members and their clients.

The TRE Association does not offer TRE itself. All our members are independent TRE Providers with their own practices and skill sets.
