Training to be a TRE Provider has superpowered her relationship to her body, equipping her with both a practice and a wonderful community that has led to recovery from past trauma and reconnecting to parts of herself that had been lost for many, many years. Vicki Cook
Co-Chair
Vicky has been doing TRE since 2011 and training others since 2014 because she believes it works and is empowering. As TRE is spreading throughout the UK so quickly and so many people training to be Providers she feels it is natural to create a space for us all with a UK Association. Vicky is Co-Chair of the Association and a TRE Trainer in Scotland.
Kate Munden
Co-Chair
Kate is an Integrative Therapist with over 35 years experience, specialising in trauma and emotional abuse recovery: “Sometimes there are no words. If we can let the body guide us, we have an opportunity to transform old, stuck patterns without being stuck in painful stories”. TRE has been life changing for her. Kate hopes that similar transformation can be safely and effectively delivered to UK students and clients and that TRE UK upholds the highest standards for TRE Training and Education in the UK.
Kit Mills
Board Coordinator
Kit is a resilience coach helping people to change their relationship with stress and overwhelm so they can thrive in life, health and work. TRE has been instrumental in her personal healing journey and was so impactful she wanted to become a TRE Provider and teach this technique to others. She sees TRE as such an incredible, natural resource that we can all have to release our tension and change our internal state. Kit became the Board Coordinator for TRE Association UK in June 2021. Her personal mission is to teach the 4 R’s of resilience (Recognise, Reset, Release and Recharge) to as many people as possible so they can build their personal resilience and are better resourced to deal with the challenges of everyday life.
