A Warm Welcome from your Team!
As a member of the Association, it’s useful to know who are the Committee Members of the TRE® Association UK and who to contact if you have a particular need or suggestion. Chandani and Alice are your contacts for anything related to Membership. You will receive emails from them regarding your membership and they will say hello from time to time with news of what’s on in the TRE Community.
Chandani is a Holistic Therapist based in Hackney, London who offers TRE, Reiki and Reflexology. She loves supporting people using completely natural and body-centered healing modalities. Training to be a TRE Provider has superpowered her relationship to her body, equipping her with both a practice and a wonderful community that has led to recovery from past trauma and reconnecting to parts of herself that had been lost for many, many years. Chandani is super excited to help spread this amazing self-regulation practice and be a first point of contact and support for TRE UK Association members here in the UK.
Alice has been a TRE Provider since 2015. She is also a Craniosacral Therapist and mother of two young children. She is a TRE Mentor Trainee, supporting people through the certification process. She has discovered the importance of post-natal TRE and has begun working with women in their journeys into motherhood.
Alice loves they way TRE helps people to feel more connected to themselves and others. She joined the Association in its inception and is committed to spreading the phenomenon of TRE in her current location of southern Spain and online.
Vicky has been doing TRE since 2011 and training others since 2014 because she believes it works and is empowering. As TRE is spreading throughout the UK so quickly and so many people training to be Providers she feels it is natural to create a space for us all with a UK Association. Vicky is Co-Chair of the Association and a TRE Trainer in Scotland.
Kate is an Integrative Therapist with over 35 years experience, specialising in trauma and emotional abuse recovery: “Sometimes there are no words. If we can let the body guide us, we have an opportunity to transform old, stuck patterns without being stuck in painful stories”. TRE has been life changing for her. Kate hopes that similar transformation can be safely and effectively delivered to UK students and clients and that TRE UK upholds the highest standards for TRE Training and Education in the UK.
Kit is a resilience coach helping people to change their relationship with stress and overwhelm so they can thrive in life, health and work. TRE has been instrumental in her personal healing journey and was so impactful she wanted to become a TRE Provider and teach this technique to others. She sees TRE as such an incredible, natural resource that we can all have to release our tension and change our internal state. Kit became the Board Coordinator for TRE Association UK in June 2021. Her personal mission is to teach the 4 R’s of resilience (Recognise, Reset, Release and Recharge) to as many people as possible so they can build their personal resilience and are better resourced to deal with the challenges of everyday life.

As a TRE Certification Trainer, Mentor and TRE Provider her passion is to support people in safely connecting with their bodies with a gentle pace and a loving kindness. Specialising in trauma work, she integrates somatic practices to empower others to develop safety, resilience, balance and healing by meeting and exploring their system’s inherent wisdom and health. Debs is excited about helping others connect to explore taking TRE into new fields.
