TRE is a natural, simple, affordable practice which integrates well with any other therapy or treatment modality or personal practice.
There is no need to talk about past events or understand. TRE is about connecting to the body’s wisdom, allowing it to unfold and heal at a pace that feels both regulated and empowering for the individual.
TRE can be learnt with a Certified TRE Provider in a group or on a 1-to-1 basis.
